Premier is able to provide Covid-19 Antigen and Antibody testing at all locations. Please note for PCR tests, there are separate charges directly from the lab that may be billed as well.

ANTIGEN NASAL SWAB TEST FOR ACTIVE VIRUS/DIRECT CONTACT EXPOSURE

• Rapid Covid-19 Antigen Test
  Results same day
• Covid-19 Molecular Send Out Test
  Results in 3-5 days.

Each patient will have a deposit that will go towards, copay, co-insurance and/or deducible and is collected at the time of service. Please note that there are separate charges directly from the lab that may be billed as well.

ANTIGEN NASAL SWAB TEST FOR TRAVEL ONLY. NO SYMPTOMS.

• Rapid Covid-19 Antigen Test - $95 cash price
  Results same day
• Covid-19 Molecular Send Out Test (PCR) - $75 cash price
  Results in 3-5 days.

Premier does not file insurance for testing performed for travel reasons. Please note that there are separate charges directly from the lab that may be billed as well.

ANTIBODY BLOOD TEST FOR PAST INFECTION

• Rapid Antibody Testing - $50 cash price
  Results same day
• Send Out Antibody Testing - $35 cash price
  Results within 24 hours.
